ARM in talks with GlobalFoundries, say reports

LONDON — Processor intellectual property licensor ARM Holdings plc (Cambridge, England) is holding talks with the foundry chip manufacturer GlobalFoundries Inc. (Sunnyvale, Calif.), according to reports.
