MOSAID Announces Micron Complaint
OTTAWA, Ontario, Canada – July 25, 2006 - MOSAID Technologies Incorporated (TSX:MSD) today announced that Micron Technology, Inc. filed a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment in the Northern District of California, San Jose Division seeking a declaration of non-infringement and invalidity with respect to 14 of MOSAID's United States patents.
MOSAID is currently reviewing the Micron Complaint with its outside counsel, Howrey LLP, and will file a response in due course.
