Centrality and Athena Sign Intellectual Property Licensing Agreement

Gainesville, FL - February 1, 2007 - The Athena Group, Inc. announced today an agreement to license intellectual property to Centrality Communications, a leading developer of GPS navigation infotainment processors. As part of the agreement, Centrality has taken delivery of Athena's leading signal processing product, a high performance computation engine from Athena's Atomic™ signal processing library.
