Toumaz Licenses compact configuration of Barco Silex's Public Key IP (BA414E) in its ultra-low power wireless IC for its healthcare product

Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium --- October 30, 2013 -- Barco Silex, a leading provider of cryptography IP cores, announced today that Toumaz has successfully integrated Barco Silex Public Key IP core (BA414E) into its ultra-low power wireless communication ASIC.

“We have chosen the Barco-Silex solution because it offers useful trade-offs between functionality, area, power consumption and performance. Moreover, the IP is 100 % CPU-offload which makes SW integration very easy without any computation from the main processor.
