Recore Systems appoints Dirk Logie as CEO

Enschede, -- January 14, 2014 – With the appointment of Dirk Logie as CEO, Recore Systems BV, a Dutch fabless semiconductor company, takes a big step forward towards becoming a recognized supplier of reliable many-core processor subsystem IP, comprising both hardware and software components.

Mr. Logie is a senior management executive with broad international experience and a track record in leading high-tech organizations to growth and success. He is a former VP of Philips Semiconductors and was CEO at Chipidea Semiconductors and recently at AnSem in Leuven.

“In 2013, we developed a new vision for Recore while at the same time staying close to our roots”, says Gerard Rauwerda, CTO and co-founder at Recore Systems. “We will continue to expand our expertise of delivering many-core processor and network-on-chip interconnect IP for beamforming and embedded vision applications to customers in the medical, automotive, space, security and communication infrastructure markets.
