Silex Insight expands into North America with opening of Silicon Valley office

New San Jose Office led by IP Licensing veteran brings Silex Insight to customer doorstep

Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium -- April 2, 2019 -- Silex Insight, provider of Intellectual Property (IP), hardware/software for secure computing and custom OEM solutions for AV over IP/video IP codec, has announced the opening of their first US office in San Jose, California. The Belgium-based firm will leverage their dedicated presence in the heart of Silicon Valley to provide increased support to their growing list of US customers, while continuing to expand their commercial relationships throughout North America.

The San Jose office will be led by Janssen Liston, who joined the firm in November 2018 as Vice President of Sales and GM North America (Security Division). The Video division of Silex Insight will for the time being still be led by the HQ in Belgium. Ms. Liston is a 20-year veteran of Silicon Valley with proven success in IP licensing and security sales. Her experience includes management positions at semiconductor IP solution companies Silicon Image, Elliptic Technologies (acquired by Synopsys), Inapac Technology (acquired by Rambus), NeoMagic and FinalCode.
